The practice

Gerald applies the tools of mindfulness and meditation to help guide individuals to their fundamental inner resources within a safe environment. He includes visual arts to help deepen the understanding and experience of the practice. Throughout class we will open to awareness, drop into our senses and observe thought patterns. With consistent practice, neural networks in the brain will begin to change through growth and reorganization. This rewiring can lead to fresh perspectives and new behaviors.

*Classes are offered on a sliding scale.
